Overnight oats

Snickers for breakfast? And it’s healthy? Say what! You won’t be disappointed with this must have! 

SERVES  1

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small banana, mashed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 fresh Medjool dates, pitted and chopped finely

DIRECTIONS

Combine oats, milk, banana, cinnamon, peanut butter, cacao, honey and mix well. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle dates on top and place in fridge overnight.
