INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small banana, mashed
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon smooth peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 fresh Medjool dates, pitted and chopped finely
DIRECTIONS
Combine oats, milk, banana, cinnamon, peanut butter, cacao, honey and mix well. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle dates on top and place in fridge overnight.
