Appropriate Level: Penguin, Seahorse, Platypus, Angelfish, Stingray, Dolphin

Why is this skill important: Practicing basic skills on land with visual feedback will enhance skills and provide opportunity for the child to self correct. Therefore in the pool the swimmer can identify their own mistakes.

Key points include; 

-Head roll to the side, do not lift head

-Head and shoulder roll together

-Breathe Control; breathe out when head is down, breathe in when head is to the side

REMEMBER; Practice on both side (left and right)
