This workout will get your butt burning and it needs no equipment, just a small space for you to ly and stand-in.

Run this workout by doing each exercise for 45 seconds and break for 15 seconds between each exercise, and break for 1 minute between each new round. Repeat the full round 3 – 5 times.

Keep your head in a neutral position and focus on squeezing your glutes and legs at the extension of every exercise.

Exercises:

  • Bent knee fire hydrant
  • Donkey kicks
  • Donkey kicks with extension
  • Squat side kicks
  • Weighted squats
  • Walking lunges
